Child Development Expert
I’m Deb Zupito, Ed.D, an early childhood development expert, owner/director of a thriving private preschool, experienced educator, certified parent coach and mother. I’m also a mentor who is passionate about supporting the development of both children AND their loving parents. I see first-hand the struggles families face trying to balance the stressors of life and parenting, and I believe it really does take a village. Enriching parents and supporting fellow educators by sharing expert practices, as well as teaching about how young minds develop, are just a few ways I demonstrate my mission to positively impact parents, teachers, and children. 



My passion can be stated simply: Support, educate, and advocate for children, families, and the field of ECE. We can and must do better... Our future depends on it.
Why am I so passionate about this? Well, we are shaping our future! Leaders, teachers, tradespeople, business owners, workers in our communities, parents and caregivers. Let's change our world by supporting our littlest, most impressionable citizens!
